Answer : We are quite hopeful of helping of production on existing machines. This we have done for several customers too. This system varies from customer to customer. We completely study the existing system and understand the requirements of the buyer. We check and study the bottle neck. In case the capacity of some equipment is less, we replace the same by appropriate capacity. If it is possible to increase the number of Ends on Take up Winders, we increase the number of Ends. Sometimes it is just possible to add more take up winders on the same machine, and then we add these winders. Sometimes we have to do all above to increase the capacity of existing plant. Answer : This again is pure mathematics and vary on case to case basis. If the production is increased by replacing some equipment, then the quality of yarn produced may even improve. In case we are increasing the number of Ends or number of winders on existing machines, then there can be variation in the quality of yarn produced. The quality of yarn may reduce slightly. However still the advantage you get of increased production is much more that the quality variation.
