Generally here the company buys a second hand yarn plant and prefers to install the same on their site
The scope of work varies from customer to customer but may generally include from
Selection of machines to starting / running of machines.
The main advantage of these plant is reduced Capital Expenditure, less interest on
capital and prompt delivery of machines.
These machines are sourced from anywhere in the world.
A . We provide basic engineering services, provide data to local Architect /
structure for Building design and data to financial people as per their
requirement.
B . Organise the procurement of utilities, Accessories, Power System, etc.
Coordination with suppliers, vendors.
Monitor the Project work closely for timely completion.
Organise Senior Manpower, contractors, as and when required.
C . The main machine generally include Extruders, CPF, Spinning beams, melt
pumps, Quench chambers, dowtherm boilers, spin finish pumps, Take up,
Godets, Winders, Electrical Panels etc.
Some time the plant is direct fed by polymerisation plant
Accessories include chips dryer, Test lab, etc.
Utilities include AHU, High and low pressure air compressors, air dryers,
chillers.
Power system includes HT and LT Panels, Diesel / Gas Generators,
Transformers, Solar Power, Synchronising Panels, etc.
In this case, some plants have old Utilities available too.
